With over 25 years of experience, Rancilio and Associates can handle all of your process service needs.

We have 50 Michigan process servers and 10 Court Officers in Macomb, Wayne, and Oakland Counties. We have appointments in 10 district courts. In addition to the Tri-County area, we also have servers throughout the entire state of Michigan. We pride ourselves on being the industry’s leader in legal support.

We DO NOT charge mileage only flat fees for service, bad address, and/or non-service attempts. Rancilio and Associates has 10 fully trained office personnel to assist our clients and our servers. We pride ourselves on being available, via phone, e-mail or fax, to promptly answer any status checks and/or general questions regarding our service. Rancilio & Associates now offers clients password-protected online status checks from anywhere, any time. We can notarize documents, issue postal checks, and handle any first class, certified, and/or any other mailing services.
